Job Description

1. Green Finance Analyst

We are looking for an ESG & Sustainable Finance Analyst who can lead the following:

  • Monitor ESG market trends to identify and stay ahead of emerging ESG finance risks and opportunities
  • Perform research and analysis on Green/ESG Finance
  • Develop ESG finance measurement frameworks and risk policies for the various sub-sectors, themes in the region
  • Co-ordinate with our client stakeholders to execute the evolving ESG finance framework
  • Partner with Product and the relevant investment team to develop on time ESG reporting
  • Business Development – establish consultancy gap in the evolving market of ESG finance
  • Expand targeted networks, partnerships, and sourcing to accelerate capacity building for ESG & Sustainable Finance
  • Work as a team to develop an end to end consultancy solution to decarbonise client’s GHG footprint.


The ideal candidate shall have:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Sustainability, or related areas
  • Experience in the sustainability domain
  • Experience in finance, investing industry
  • Experience in carbon trading, baskets and thematic investment opportunities.is an advantage
  • Experience in both public and private equity markets investing is a plus
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in Green Finance/ESG related areas
  • Self-initiate, organisational and planning skills; ability to work independently.
  • Strong relationship building skills and established external ESG, sustainability NGO network
  • Commercial judgment and strategic mindset with the ability to look ahead at market trends and identify new opportunities
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with financial models and platforms.
2. Carbon Specialist

We are looking for a candidate who has experience in carbon footprint in these areas to join us in the team:

  • Calculate carbon footprint of products and corporates according to relevant reporting standards and protocols. (GHG Protocol, ISO14064, etc)
  • Develop carbon footprint reports.
  • Conduct primary and secondary data collection (desktop, client data, etc)
  • Support delivery of projects, sustainability and decarbonisation solutions for clients
  • Contribute to excel models building


The ideal candidate shall have:

  • Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related areas
  • At least 5 years of experience in engineering
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in Climate change and life cycle assessment.
